I thought this had some capabilities, but it sure doesn't look like it. It looks like a bad editor. Maybe I'm missing something.

The editor is meant for less technical users for whom a Wiki might be challenging. Some of the other features of Bloki that are interesting is that it is versioned and allows diffs between versions like a Wiki but does not allow anonymous posting (ie. you have to be logged in to add/edit pages) with edit-locking. It's a bit more traditional and structured than a Wiki and hopefully a good introduction to the genre of collaborative tools.
