Fixed Price And Scope Contract

when people talk about Fixed Price contracts for Software Development Projects, they usually mean a contract that's fixed in price and scope. (And sometimes time/deadline.)

Martin Fowler explains the difference well. It is possible to do a Fixed Price contract in an agile (Agile Software Development) manner, but it's not wise to fix the scope.
