sometimes as Municipal Wifi

sometimes just because lots of individual consumers and businesses connect a WiFi hub to their Broad Band connection and leave it open for anyone to use (sometimes intentionally, sometimes not) (Sharing [[WiFi]])

• big question as to how far this will scale before the Broad Band providers come up with ways to make this no longer viable - charging by the bit, etc.
