I'm interested mainly in software interfaces to to data - Mind Mapping, Out Lining, etc. Output-only would be Graph Drawing.
The MindSet document talks a bit about different types of graphs as relate to mapping thoughts...
There's a Memes Net sub-site specifically about graph structures http://graphs.memes.net/
E4Graph, on top of MetaKit, implements storage of graphs, but there's no Python binding.
Guido Van Rossum wrote an essay entitled Python Patterns - Implementing Graphs
[Schaums Outline] ISBN:0070054894
Gato - a package to study graph algorithms made with python --2003/07/15 12:17 [GMT]
I discovered this package and apaprently it's made with Python.
