Liquid makes you more productive by making all your text powerfully interactive:
Let's say you select the text 'Liquid seriously speeds up your workflow'. You first need to do the keyboard shortcut to summon Liquid (by default ⌘@ but it's easily customizable to ⌘space) and Liquid opens with your text copied across, ready for action:
Visual-Meta enables Scholarly Copy by providing a transparently easy way to add full metadata to documents (initially PDF). Proof-of-concept implementations are Author and Reader as shown here in a brief demo:
This is not a new format, this is a novel use and extension of the academic-standard BibTeX format.
