browsing a bit in store, he plays with Economic Development goals but seems mis-targeted (selling $100 of jewelry at a streetfair one afternoon is definitely a mind-shifter for the urban kids doing it, but doesn't really smell like a real [ROI] on $25k of hardware). Likewise his Rural Development projects could have the negative effects that Jane Jacobs has written about in Cities And The Wealth Of Nations.
