Open Content Syndication

Open Content Syndication is a directory format, something like a meta-RSS for describing sets of channels stored in a repository (like MoreOver or weblogs.com).

This might be relevant to a BlogWeb tool, to the extent that individuals want to share information about the channels they are reading.
