please tell me how i can have a gin and tonic or vodka and tonic and still lose weight can happen. I have found the diet easy for the last week, and I think as a tomato holic and salad holic i have seen how many grams of carbohydrates i have eaten thinking i was ating sensibly, but still continued to be overweight. how does it work with alcohol as it is not mentioned in your book.
