BigGov increasing the price of certain behaviors it does not approve of.

Cigarette Tax: smoking increases public HealthCare spending (though some have argued it saves Social Security money by having potential recipients die earlier)

Carbon Tax: use of Cheap Oil: increases Air Pollution which has Side Effect-s; increase Military Spending to "create democracy"; etc.
Before adding taxes, should we first reduce/eliminate stupid Subsidy cases?
