I (try to) use to describe a potentially valid page name, and for an actual existing 's name. Ugh, I should probably stop doing this, as I'm not sure on what the point is, and I haven't followed the rule consistently.

Wiki page names are two or more [Capitalized Words] () joined together without spaces ().

They are easy to read and write while still being distinctive enough to be recognized by the computer.

See page to cover issues and how I choose to handle them.

Since writing code for in May'03, don't look [Smashed Together] to the reader. This might make things slightly more confusing for the initial editor, but easier for the lurker.
