I (try to) use Wiki Word to describe a potentially valid page name, and Wiki Name for an actual existing Wiki Page's name. Ugh, I should probably stop doing this, as I'm not sure on what the point is, and I haven't followed the rule consistently.
Wiki page names are two or more [Capitalized Words] (Camel Case) joined together without spaces (Smashed Together Words).
They are easy to read and write while still being distinctive enough to be recognized by the computer.
See Wiki Name Examples page to cover issues and how I choose to handle them.
Since writing code for Expanding Wiki Words in May'03, Smashed Together Words don't look [Smashed Together] to the reader. This might make things slightly more confusing for the initial editor, but easier for the lurker.
