(2003-07-18) Technorati Profiles

Technorati has added a Profiles feature for a WebLog-ger to enter information about himself. Wouldn't it make more sense to take a decentralized FOAF-like approach like TypePad?

Joi says it reads your FOAF file if you have one, so it's leveraging that model. Cool. Now every Weblog Engine (and WikiLog engine I guess) needs to support creation of a FOAF file.
