Robert Scoble points to a couple "serverless" companies using Amazon Web Services. I Commented that it's unclear how Mogulus architects its Infrastructure, and it may have an unusual subset of the typical requirements.

In those comments Elast Ra says it has an offering to run RDBMS engines (MySQL, Enterprise D B, or PostgreSQL) on Amazon.
