(2008-04-24) Tmobile Flakiness

T-Mobile is often flaky for me at StarBucks. It will work fine for awhile, then suddenly I'll have no connection, and be unable to get back on: it's either fail to connect completely, or start to connect, then dump me off again before it even issues me an IP.

I finally called their service, got ticket 1078285 as I got escalated, then things started working again before I actually got to through to the next-tier, and since I was calling from my Cell Phone I didn't feel like sitting on hold.

Could it be related to things with sticky connections? I was starting to close some windows and apps when I got back on... (LastFm scrobbler, GMail window, Gizmo).
