Cell Phone

stick with a simple phone, or converge into PDA, camera, etc. (Mobile)?

Given the stupidity of the TelCo-s, I'm inclined to keep it cheap/simple.

But given other TelCo weirdness I'm still inclined to keep it simple (wait for VoIP Over WiFi?), although the new Handspring Treo 600 is getting great reviews...
