Site says Axiom is a hybrid of in-house and outside counsel. In one sense, Axiom is like a firm: our attorneys join us on a full-time, long-term basis, manage high-value projects, and often work together as colleagues. On the other hand, we don't carry the overhead of a traditional firm, and we focus on engagements where we are actively involved in the day-to-day operations of our clients, which means our attorneys often function as "virtual in-house counsel". And the combination of close client relationships, sophisticated work and greater control allows us to attract the best legal talent.
