as your write a page, each key phrase (phrase that seems key to you at that time) has the potential to spin off a new page.
So you turn each such phrase into Smashed Together Words, as you write it.
This is supported by WiKi's Automatic Linking, encourages Recursive Writing and Shared Language, and gets the side-benefit of Accidental Linking.
