Page Name As URL

the typical WikiEngine has a page's Wiki Name define its URI.

I think this should be part of Wiki Standards because

• it makes it easy to jump to a page by just taking the root of the URI and tweaking the end of it
• it makes Sister Sites-related features much easier to implement for other sites

there are a few exceptions

• with S Wiki/Squeak Wiki, each page had a unique numeric ID, which defines its URI
• when you support Free Links instead of using Smashed Together Words you kinda break this
  • update: having built WikiFlux engine, as long as you drop punctuation, and don't make ridiculously long phrases, FreeLinks is fine
