the typical Wiki Engine has a page's Wiki Name define its URI.
I think this should be part of Wiki Standards because
it makes it easy to jump to a page by just taking the root of the URI and tweaking the end of it
it makes Sister Sites-related features much easier to implement for other sites
there are a few exceptions
with [SWiki]/[Squeak Wiki], each page had a unique numeric [ID], which defines its URI
when you support Free Link-s instead of using Smashed Together Words you kinda break this
