Too Many Cs
First there were the 3Cs of Content Community Commerce. (Online: Content, Virtual Community, and E Commerce)
- some just focus on the 2Cs of Content And Commerce
Then there were 4Cs when Collaboration was added.
Now (2013) 6Cs of Social Commerce: take the 3Cs and add Context, Connection, and Conversation
Or is that 7Cs, taking the 3Cs and adding Context, Connection, Customization, and Communication?
