• I remember a newspaper article about a business in Portland Or who put in a hose/pipe that dripped water down from the top of an outside wall where people used to hang out

• lots of NYC apartment garden ledges have metal lattices installed on top that makes it too uncomfortable to sit on

maybe a Public Shower would make this less "necessary"
