• a specific application (MsExchange, RedMine) being hosted for you by another company (ASP)

• a hosting company limited to 1 WebAppFramework (like Userland Manila or Zope)

• a cloud host for WebApp-s (PaaS) (Heroku, Engine Yard, etc.)

• or shared space (slice, Virtual Server, IaaS) where I could run anything (Cheap Hosting),

• Managed Hosting provider like RackSpace where they host hardware, do support/maintenance/monitoring for basic services (Web Server, SMTP, etc.)
