  • technical: incremental/iterative development: Agile Software Development (esp Extreme Programming)
  • product: Data-Informed Product Management
• Context: Strategic context to give everyone the ability to make decisions
• Team Agency: cross-functional product teams with lots of agency - see Product Team Members Report To The Team Leader, etc.

A different framing: a radar chart rating the org on the 3 axes? (Red = BadCo, Green=GoodCo)

Could I define a 4-5-level rubric, like for DORA's four key metrics?
