I end up using it at most gigs because Jira is the most popular (company) issue tracker.

The UX for building knowledge just keeps getting worse as they over-design it.

it keeps getting slower
the search engine
- doesn't support exact-phrase searching
- doesn't give more weight to page-name
- has some weird caching so you have to reload an open window to be able to add a link to a new page in it
